As the new art director of The Rall Museum, you are in a highly coveted and highly stressful role.  You hope this evening goes flawlessly so you can stay there! You should try your best to brush over small and large mishaps throughout the evening, such as rude comments, bad food, murder etc.  In your event-planning background, you learned that “the show must go on,” and you should try to laugh and discuss art themes, the tasteful decorations, and encourage the group to look for the finer qualities in the evening.  By the way, you have been best friends with Raphaela since college, and you took a big risk giving her a prime weekend spot for her signature debut at the museum.  You are hoping your risk pays off with cash dividends eventually, and that your friend will remember that she is indebted to you for this major favor.

A long sleeved, fitted dress shirt and a stylish skirt or pants are a great look for a beautiful and stylish art director.  You may also wear a pair of trendy glasses, if you have any that can give you the “sexy librarian” look.  Wear your hair down and with a headband or pretty barrettes, and carry around a clipboard or an iPod since you have big plans to carry out this evening! For a more formal look, wear a black medium-length cocktail dress and a pair of black heels, and your hair in a loose chignon or bun.  Sparkly jewelry would make a nice addition.
