As the wife of the head waiter, Rolo Reed, you came tonight with the intention of hiding out in the kitchen to enjoy some good food and juicy gossip till your man ended his shift.  However, you’ve been asked to sit at the table on account of a murder that has nothing to do with you.  You should take great pride in Rolo’s work, and act as though you are as excited to be included in this formal group as you would had you been invited to Buckingham Palace.  You can really kick back and relax, since you are a non-suspect. Use a thick Cockney/British accent as best as you can as you and your husband are immigrants from the U.K. Cheers!
