You will play the role of Mindy Sue Lewis!
Mindy Sue, the Supper Sleuths formally thank you for gracing us with your cheery presence. First of all, the upcoming competition at the Santa’s Apprentice program in London’s glamorous Knightsbridge will be covered by every periodical around the globe. So, make sure you run the show with your sweetest manners, because you’re representing Santa’s good name all over. Better yet, make sure you take your “calm” vitamin from Whole Foods. You wouldn’t want your nasty temper flaring at a time like this when the show must go on!
By the way, below is your invitation, in case you need a reminder. It’s not often you get invited anywhere, and you absolutely must not let it slip your mind if you get into one of your “sewing comas” a time when you black out and can’t remember anything.

You will play the role of Mindy Sue Lewis
Mindy Sue Lewis, you’ve always obsessed over Christmas, ever since you were an adorable little holiday movie star. Now it’s your passion, your identity, and your mission to bring Christmas joy to the world. You eagerly anticipate that magical morning every day of the year, knitting a non-ugly sweater each month of the year to show off on each of the 12 days of Christmas. But your true specialty is creating custom Christmas cardis (cardigans) in red and green which you quite successfully sell on Etsy for a little jingle in your stocking. Sweetly offer your cardis and sweaters all night to these poor souls so obviously in need of Christmas cheer. You’ve got quite a following online yourself, but tonight you’re obviously fangirling over being in Santa’s tribe, and now, joy of all joys, to actually be considered for the role of his apprentice! However, when your Christmas fantasy starts to unravel, let’s just say you emotionally come apart at the seams!
Costume Suggestions
Mindy Sue, you are a total Etsy queen! Make sure you’re all decked out in anything crocheted, knitted, or hand-stitched reds and greens. There are no other colors except for maybe white fur. Ideally, your hair should be in braided and twisted pigtails. Perhaps also a pigtail on top tied in a big red bow as a youthful touch. If you feel inclined, wear eyelash extensions and extra rouge to give you that adorable Christmas glow. You always carry a big scrap bag, full of fun merch to sell or give away to friends you know, and everyone you meet. with needles, yards of yarn and such. Bring several sweaters if you can! One more thing: Bring at least one candy cane and leave it in your bag until you hear when it’s time to share it.
