Robert, you are a humble man with a heart as good as gold. You work hard but struggle to keep food on the table for your rather large family of nine children, each of which are named after Santa’s famous magical reindeer. Christmas is a big deal in your house, and everyone does their part to scrimp, pinch, and save all year so that you can host a great big Christmas party for all your many friends. Unfortunately, lately you don’t bring in quite as much money as the Misses would like, and the bills are piling up. This story of your many children and your poor but festive home earned you a spot at the table tonight, and a chance to be Santa’s next apprentice. You feel desperate to win this thing, and desperate times call for desperate measures. The question is, just what are you willing to do?

Costume Suggestions

You want to wear old, shabby, worn-out old fashioned dress clothes and a top hat with a scarf. Accenting with some stains and holes would be a fitting touch. Your goal is to look like someone who could really benefit from some Christmas charity. Bring an old photo of a huge family and act like it’s yours, identifying each child in the picture with their reindeer name. Mention that your wife is rather clever and spelled Blitzyn with a Y. If you can find one, bring along a pocket watch that you could say is an old family heirloom from your great grandfather, Timothy, who had a bum leg.
